Rain is the worst service provider ever! STAY AWAY.
Stay away from rain. Worst service provider ever! I canceled and no got back now I billed twice after I requested for cancelation. I paid an upfront fee when I started and I never missed a payment and suddenly I'm paying for the previous month's. They ****med my money and they don't want to refund me.

I used the router the whole of November and then I used it the whole of December then end of December your only debiting me for November I mean come. Take that money it's fine, but I will definitely write about my experience with rain every chance I get.
