Rain is the worst service provider ever

i have tried for 8 months now to get my refund, they claim i have coverage charge me the fees for 4 months while trying to sort out the fact that i actually do not have coverage. i have been shoved from pillar to post and still no light is forthcoming. please can i have a contact for the ceo.
