Rain is the worst service provider ever!!!

Rain service provider is the worst service provider there is to date. No one can solve a simple simcard problem, it has been a month since I have payed and I havent receive my simcard to date.

I change my delivery adres a few times with the customer care line and still after phoning them like 15 times ther was no joy, the costumer service of Rain is pathetic and nobody that tried to help me could resolve my issue.

By usiny Rain as a service provider was and is possibly thr worst choice I could have made in my life.

I just hope they will refund me and not ***** my money on top of their bad service as well.
