Rain is the worst service provider ever

Where do I start with Rain Internet Service?Well on Sunday I phoned my bank to reverse a debit order from Rain to me it was supposed to be a straightforward process but unfortunately it wasn't because according to my bank Rain needs to cancel my card because they don't do debit orders like Vodacom etc.no Rain has card authorization for my bank account and funny enough they didn't tell me that according to me it's a month to month contract and I cancelled their pathetic service because I couldn't use it for the past three months but they weren't interested in anything else but the money I'm still waiting for an agent to call me since Sunday and they still didn't pay back my money!I've reported them to the ombuds but I have to reiterate that Rain Internet Service is PATHETIC they're money hungry it's disgusting Wendy
