Rain is the worst service provider

They offer the worst service ever. Since signing up for their 5G I only got network for less than 30 days and they keep billing me even after cancelation of their service. They take over 2 weeks to respond to tickets logged via both email and telephone. Now they keep debiting my account and refusing to collect their useless router despite the fact that they have not rectified my account since January and I haven't used it since February. Now they put the blame on me and their unfriendly, unprofessional consultants claim to be helpless in assisting me. 😡😡😡
