RAIN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

This is by far the worst service provider to use for the internet. The router only picks up signal 30% of the time. When calling for assistance you have to wait in a queue for more than 5 minutes until a rep speaks to you. And the service reps are extremely unhelpful and very abrupt. I cancelled their services but they debited my account and they have not refunded me after 2 months of complaining. I also still have the router in the box which they were supposed to fetch. I asked to speak their manager and the rep cannot put you through to one and no one calls you back. I have also complained to the ombudsman and still awaiting a response. Do yourselves a favour do not fall for their cheap deals which promises you carefree internet but cannot provide the service.
