Rain is the worst service provider and *******.
Rain is the worst service provider. On the 7th of October they ********ly debited R1058 out of my account instead of R529 and they don't want to take responsibility for their actions. They stole my money and they don't want to pay it back. The call center agents are clueless and rude. I'm not letting this go. I want my money back

28 Oct 2023, 22:37First of all, you don't get to debit my account for the services that I didn't use because when I joined rain I knew it was a pay as you use service. Secondly, the reason why I didn't pay is because of your incompetence, I called rain asking them to change my payment many months ago and they couldn't, they told me that I'm a pay upfront customer so that can't change my payment date. So I don't owe Rain a single for those months that I didn't use your services. I spoke to Wendy knowler regarding this matter and she told me that this is unfair business practices that you guys are using to make profits. So I'm not going to allow Rain to **** me my hard earned money. Never. Too make things worse, you guys hang up calls on clients if you are challenged. On Monday I'm taking this on twitter and tiktok and I recorded all the voice calls I had with those clueless and *********** people from rain.
