Rain is the worst service provider😡🥵

No network yesterday the whole day! Same problem today When I called I was told they can’t give me the TAT but the technicians are working on it. Surely chaps!!! Rain is exhausting 😭😭😭😭😭

Today is day 3 with ‘no service’ (as we speak)
What annoys me is I paid for it. We pay for a full month but get internet for half of the month.
We work from home and I find myself spending money on data because Rain is so unreliable. This is the 4th time its happening 😡😡😡😡
