rain is the worst of them all

I gave the 1 star since there’s no option for no star. Rain is the absolute worst!!! We pay for Wi-Fi, which we never ever had. Account is ALWAYS debited SUCCESSFULLY but we never have the service we paid for. They keep telling us we owe, then we send them proof that we don’t owe. They apologize and tell us they “credited us” no credit ever reflects, still no Wi-Fi, but very quick to debit! This is our last month with them. Never again! If you need Wi-Fi, don’t think about rain. Customer service is also shocking!
