RAIN IS THE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER!

I sent a review last week regarding me yet not receiving my WiFi since the 6 November Each time I call they say it's escalated. However nothing is being resolved I cannot get through to the logistics department. They keep saying "man you have to wait" what kind of customer service is that! I've been waiting I constantly have to call no one is even making the effort to give me a call and explain to me what the next steps are even CCD couriers said they have not received the package there is nothing under my ID number with CCD.

I WANT A CALL FROM LOGISTICS! And not a manager because the managers can't even assist me! And a reminder this is the 2nd week now that I'm waiting
