RAIN IS THE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER

I am fed up with the service that i am receiving from Rain I am trying to get a delivery from Rain and every time i call, i dont get an answer. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for delivery and still nothing. My account was debited and still no internet service, so what did they charge me for? I want answer by the end of tomorrow for my delivery or else im cancelling and wanting a full refund.
