Rain is the worst network

Rain has deducted the month subscription yet I don't have wifi for the past week , they service is so unprofessional not even an sms to say they have network problems . If I don't make a payment to them my service is cut ,yet my payments have been made . They can't provide me with wifi . So for the pass week now with out wifi they need to reimbursed me . I dont think its fair to take out money from my account and not provide the service which is paid for in full .
