RAIN IS THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER

After 2 weeks of calling rain, logging request on the website, sending complaints on Hello peter and eventually sending messages to fb messanger on the rain page. Not one person in technical or service department has bothered to call me to sort out my connection issue. RAIN is by far the worst ever provider I have ever come across . I even have a ticket number *** of which no one has attended to let alone had the professionalism to call me back. Quick to take their money at the end of each month but knows ****all about customer service. My next step is taking RAIN to the media and newspapers. im gatvol now of people that get paid a salary yet don't do their jobs. there are people out there struggling to find work and will do anything for work but the staff at RAIN don't give a **** about anything besides them getting paid.
