Rain is the worst isp with absolutely no after service...

I am struggling now for months, very little up to no service, dropping service throughout day an night, no call Centre, only support mail address, with no further communication other than someone from support team will contact you soon. Does not happen! . I have no service no for days.. Worst worst isp ever. I never skipped a payment on my "PREMIUM" 5G ACCOUNT... I am less than 1km from tower. I am so disappointed... They do not even deserve the 1star.. As there is no call Centre I cannot cancel my account. No option TO CANCEL on, NEW IMPROVED SUPPORT MAIL CENTRE... REALLY!!!! WHAT JOKE... my old technology dailup modem was more reliable.... RAIN must wake-up or they will lose all their customers. All feedback I need is where do I cancel asap.... Will never recommend them to anybody. Minus 10 star rating from me..
