RAIN IS THE WORST ISP THERE IS

I have been with Rain for a couple of months now and i've been paying for a 10mbps line and this is the worst ISP in my life!!! My speed is 0.2mbps download and 10-13 mbps upload, this is a constant struggle and i can't do anything. I have tried calling but you get a stupid covid 19 message that says you have to email, I then emailed and got an automated reply stating that I have to use the website to complain... I have done so a couple of times and no one ever gets in touch! THIS IS REALLY THE WORST INTERNET SUPPLIER OUT THERE!!!
