RAIN is THE WORST ISP PROVIDER
I have never in my life, had such an awful experience, can't do anything with rain, download speeds are horrible, and you guys have the decency to tell me im to far away from the tower (im not) You keep telling me please reboot the device, please place it in a other place, i did everything i can, and you can't even own up to it, fix your dam ****, i don't pay you for nothing, taking our hard earned money, and in this horrible times as well, i know you guys are struggling as well but just admit to everyone you have a problem, i want my stuff fixed or i will report you to icasa.

07 Aug 2020, 12:46No They won't. If they do they'll tell me to "optimise" which basically means rebooting my device and pointing it in the direction of the nearest tower, needless to say, this makes no difference. It's been 8 months and things are still the same.
