Rain is the worst ISP - PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!
Rain Support is AWEFUL!!!, They take forever to answer and can never fix anything, I am on the phone with them at least twice a week every month I have had them. They are USELESS!!! Never once fixed an issue I experienced.
I live in the CBD of Cape town, I am 20m away from a Rain 5G Tower. and I never have a stable connection.
They also stole R825 from me as I cancelled and they still debited my account for the next month, but cut of my internet access.

Please process my refund immediately and then I will return your router. I don't trust your company at all to actually process the refund
