Rain is the worst ISP in history of Earth, seriously they need an award for how bad they are, really lowering the bar, good job👍

I've been having intermittent issues on the 5G premium package since September, created about 5 separate tickets still no help (or bad help)and since mid November it's been extremely bad, to a point where it's intermittently working. I work from home and will most likely get fired soon because of this. I will say it was working perfectly until September and since then it's caused me so much stress it's just too much at times. You guys have your hand in one thing, 'internet service provider' but you can't even get that right. When I am connected it's at a max of 20mb/s on the premium '200mb/s average' you promoted and advertised so much when I first joined, and I actually had that up until September. I'm in a crisis and my tickets have no response since this month. Worst company ever. I'm making a plan to switch to a different ISP bit our complex doesn't have fibre points so by the time they install it it will probably be too late and I'll be out of a job. Thanks Rain, I give up, I'm done complaining and reaching out just please tell me how to cancel so I can stop payments when I inevitably lose my job.
