Rain is the worst ISP ever(extreamly slow internet speeds)

Misleading and horrible service from Rain. After being advised by a Rain consultant that my area is covered for 4g I purchased a rain Sim card and activated the subscription. Once paid the download speeds is 0.12 and upload is 0.25 constantly!!!!!!!! Rain if you continously receiving compliments about your internet speed then why are you still promoting the products in question. You are taking people's hard earned money and not delivering the service!

I've tested the sim and the recommended settings in 2 seperate 4g devices. I do not have a sim enabled router

As stated I do not own a sim enabled router. Rain markets the card "for any device" why should I go out to purchase a router if your marketing on the product is clearly "for any device" it is not the device that's in question it your service or lack there of that you cannot deliver. What if I purchased the 4g Sim marketed to be used in mobile phones only,Its a 4g Sim running in the same Apn, the same bandwidth, the same tower in the same location. That would not work as well, would your answer be to try the sim in a router! AGAIN RAIN I STATE YOU ARE MISLEADING AND A HORRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER. RAIN 98% of your reviews are negative!!!! Why not refund the monry I paid because you cannot deliver the service your marketed!!!
Wait then again you will fall back on your fine printed terms and conditions stating that you are not liable for the connection speeds your clients experience...
I'm waiting your reply (remember no reply is as good as giving the middle finger to the hordes of clients speaking resolutions)
