Rain is the worst ISP ever

Rain is really the worst internet service provider, they just suck. They were no giving me the support that I needed so I stopped using their service in July 2022 with a small amount to pay and I signed up for a fiber. After a year they ended over my account to nudebt to collect a small amount of cash and I started paying. And one day they just surprised me by making an unauthorized card debit from my bank account, even the debt collectors were no aware of what they did, this is a total *****, I mean who does that, I was dealing with the third part they introduced to me to solve the matter and they just came out of the blue with this scheme and tchop a big amount of money from my bank account, that’s unforgivable.
