Rain is the worst ISP ever

I am really disappointed in your services, I have been waiting for my router to be activated since yesterday afternoon.

I cancel my contract with MTN simply because I was told you will provide "the best" network, and honestly speaking it's very alarming how I am sitting with a 5G router that was delivered 3 hours later than the agreed time, and now it doesn't any signal!!!

If this can't work then, please cancel and take it back.
