Rain is the Worst ISP EVER

I wish I could rate it 0. I ordered a premium 5G product today. My Speedtest is at 9.4Mbps. When I sent them an email they said "We can see on our system that you are back online and pushing traffic. We've also remotely tested your connection and we getting good speeds from our side."

This has to be a canned response, Pushing Traffic????
