Rain is the worst ISP
They *****ed up my account from get go and made me suffer for it. They keep saying escalation but do jot trust them. They use indian call centres like the ****mers do. The query is never resolved to ustomer satisfaction. They always lie about fixing a problem, they cannot fix anything according to their system. Get a reliable company that actually wants to do business and not **** you. RAIN IS THE WORST ISP. You blocked my internet for months since April and you expect me to pay full amounts, that's a ****. Now that i told you that I'm canceling, you want more money for **** i already paid for. Rain and it's employees can go to HELL

26 Oct 2023, 10:00You are ****s. From 15 aug to 14 sept, the internet was on for one day which is the last day of aug so you can go to hell because i paid for august and was shut down on th 15th until the 29th when i requested a cancellation. You people are **** artists of note.

I will not pay for that untill i get my refund for april,may, june and July. My internet was on only from the 1st to the 15th of all above mentioned months, so **** you.
