Rain is the worst ISP

The Worst Service provider I have ever dealt with or NOT dealt with as they do not reply to emails. They close the call when they do and the issue is not resolved and then they dont reply to that response. I have been struggling even to make voice conference calls for work most times of the day. I am Network Security Specialists so routers are is not rocket science to me. Ive dealt with these ppl lots of times in the past always telling me to reset my APN settings but only when they switch my tower does my network speed pick up again. I have sent them screenshots of my 4G signal at full strength and then I do a network speed test and its pathetic.

I am sick of this **** service
