Rain is the worst internet service provider!

The service offered by Rain is the worst. My wifi hasn't been working for a month now, it says "emergency calls only". I've tried reaching out for assistance however my calls are not answered and there's no response to the emails I've sent. You'd spend about 10 minutes waiting on call for someone to answer. Even though I haven't had access to the internet they still want to charge me for a service I did not receive. That's just something I will not allow.
