Rain is the worst internet service provider

The worst experience with Rain, yet we are paying. Connection has been down the whole day and I have been calling the call centre agents with no assistance. I stayed on the line and I was told they can not even call me back to assist and I was told their turnaround time of responding to e-mails is 24hours.

I could not work the whole day and yet no assistance is given to me till now.
