RAIN IS THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDE IN SA!!!

A business with zero structure...everyone everywhere. You guys did me dirty and then still want money from me. You canceled my line after a supervisor i spoke to confirmed that my cancelation is revoked, your message on linked in don't make sense. Zero accountability, the wirst service. Why is a debit order going off from my account, what services am I paying for? And don't tell me I'm overdue because this attempt to debit is for a subscription you canceled after you confirmed that the cancelation also sinc3 this matter is not getting anywhere in terms of resolution, I also need to know when will you guys be collecting your router? Rain must be thee most pathetic, after I worked so diligently to maintain this relationship. Rain might as well shut does. Never have I seen a company that doesn't communicate anything.
