RAIN IS THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ***** YOUR MONEY.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They cancelled my simcard before the month was over, I am still waiting on a refund. And then they charged me an additional amount even though I no longer have wifi from them. I have called and made several complaints. All they say is that it takes 7 - 10 days and it's up to the Billing department. No one ever gets back to me, I used up all my airtime to call them.

No one from billing has ever contacted me. I have asked for a supervisor to call numerous times and still nothing. WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS TO SWITCH TO RAIN.
