Rain is the worst internet provider
Their call centre client service is the worst, not to mention their connectivity issue. Got my 101 router from the Queenswood branch and since then the route never worked yet they guaranteed me that there is coverage in my area,called multiple times for assistance and I received non. Instead they all hanging up on me while I’m still on the line with them, promise to escalate my issue but that never happened, till to date I am still waiting for a call back. Rain has to be the worst internet provider I’ve ever tried.
