Rain is the worst ever!!!!

I have cancelled my Rain contract more than 2 months ago and my router hasnt even been plugged in for that entire duration. I even have a cancellation reference!! They are still charging me and they still have not yet came to fetch the router. Reason for cancellation is that I was experiencing issues with my router and a technician was supposed to come out..I AM STILL WAITING!!! I thought I was making a good decision joining your network but it turned out to be one of the worst. Please can someone give me a call....I cannot afford these unnecessary debits anymore!!!! So Far you have taking R1400 and Im not even using this service!!!
