Rain is the worst ever

It's been almost 3 weeks and still no internet connection, I received a notification say that I haven't paid my Rain internet for this month February 2021, how do you expect me to pay for a service that's not even working 0.01mbps... They ask for my email address I reply with it and still I get no feedback from them
