Rain is the worst company ever, very highly ***********.

We wanted to change from Afrihost to Rain Internet provider, but everything from the word go was handled incorrectly by Rain. I spelled my name and surname letter for letter, which was both incorrectly captured for the invoice. Then they pressured me to pay the incorrect invoice, because it apparently expires after 20 minutes. After payment was made, we tried contacting them for assistance in rectifying the details of the invoiced company, where we had no answer. The person's name who TRIED to "assist" us is Nobuhle, who refused providing a surname. The Rain company demand quick payment with absolutely no customer after service. Lastly, they have indicated that we will not be paying for the full month, as we are signing on in the middle of the month, but with no surprize the invoiced amount was in full. We tried to communicate this to a gentlemen who was allegedly the Manager, but still no reply. This is by far the most pathetic service that we have ever received from any company ever! If anyone wishes to save themselves from throwing money down the drain, avoid using this service, it truly is terrible. Everybody we spoke to was rude and highly ***********. We had two phone calls to follow up on payment, once payment was made, I suppose they lost that telephone to make calls. This service is not recommended at all! Stay away..
