RAIN is the worst company ever for Support.

I would like to agree with Willem, on my experience

Wow, poor service the worst service ever in our country. It is impossible to get a hold of Rain and when you do they can't assist. They are pathetically slow with deliveries I order 5 SIM's 30th of last month, only 1 was delivered, and when i *****ed it, they rep**** via email, saying due to lock-down they not delivering in Cape Town, what lies. Same issue I experienced, (with straight answers to questions (if you manage to get a hold them after sitting hours in a waiting line because you cannot call them)).
