Rain is the worst 🤬🤬🤬
Rain is the worst service provider EVER. I've spoken countless times to people at rain and I've moved my router all over my house . They have even updated my router once . I spend more time restarting my router than actually using . My son is home schooled and he sometimes misses a class . I'm in a 4g area and the tower is not far from where I live . They refuse upgrade my area to 5g . I was forced to put a star to write this review , they deserve no stars . I'm paying for a service I'm not getting . Ridiculous ....🤬

02 May 2025, 20:11Judging by how long I've been having issues it's been down for quite awhile . While your engineers are working on resolving the issue why can't they turn my area into 5g.
