rain is the worst by far

I have not had connection from Tuesday o called and i was promised it will be sorted out till now there is nothing, I even wrote to you people on twitter and face book but still no feedback, can this be sorted out or must i move to a different provider, this is not fair as i pay on time every month but the service i get is nonsense
