RAIN IS THE WORST

If it was possible I would have given them 0. This is the worst service. I have cancelled my service in February, March & April 2021. Up to now have been unable to get this effectively cancelled. RAIN is still deducting money for service not received from my account. I have phoned and each time they speak to you they have absolutely NO RECORD of the previous phone call or cancellation request. They did not even know that they arranged the pick up of their device by RAM couriers on the 18h of March. I do not know how to get these people to actually cancel the service that I have cancelled 3 times in the last 3 months.
