Rain is the worst!!

I had a rain account that i cancelled last year May 2022. They confirmed my cancellation and already collected by router.

Now all of the sudden im getting attorneys sms saying my account is handed over for collection.

I have been sending emails to rain since the 24th october providing them with proof that my account is not oustanding. Im not getting any reply back from them at all.

Do not use rain they dont know anything about customer service or how to sort out a problem. They only want money.
