RAIN IS THE WORST!!

I've been using Rain for over 4 years now and I'm highly disappointed with their customer service.

Tuesday morning the 16th of July 2024 I purchased 1GB of data for both of my Rain One sim cards.The money was deducted from my account however the data wasn't loaded onto my numbers.

Yesterday the 17th of July 2024 I called 3 times and spoke to 3 different consultants who kept on apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to have the data loaded.

They assured me that on their system they could see the money reflected on their side and the data would be loaded manually. I just had to give them about 10 - 15 minutes to get it sorted and that the manager was aware of my problem.

Today is the 18th of July and the 1GB data for both my numbers hasn't been loaded yet. How long does it take for my data to be loaded. I've called 3 three times yesterday with your consultants giving me false hopes.

I requested a call twice and nobody has even bothered to call me. But every 25th you are ready and quick to deduct your money from account!

I WANT MY DATA LOADED IN MY NUMBERS TODAY RAIN!!!! NOT TOMORROW, BECAUSE I NEED MY DATA WHICH I PURCHASED WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY!

I'VE BEEN PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING, NOW I'M JUST DOWNRIGHT ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED!
