Rain is the worst!

Rain has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. I cancelled an order a day after placing it on the 29th of January. Now they have activated the sim that I never received because the order was cancelled. How did they rica a sim card without my documentation you may ask? They will not send me a confirmation of cancellation or delete my details from their portal. I’m sick of getting the same excuse everyday. What a bunch of losers.
