Rain is the Worst!

Rain is is such a ****, they took my R479 with a faulty simcard that I never got to use, I have sent them more than 5 queries via email all they do is ask me to send pictures of the sim and confirm my ID number. No help at all I just need another simcard and for them to refund my R479. Since end of March till now waiting for a simple simcard!!!!!!
