RAIN IS THE WORST!!!!
I tried signing up with Rain, I got the simcard and everything but as soon as I try to make the payment I get a message that says "Payment declined" I have more than enough money in my bank account and my bank cannot help me either! Rain is the worst Internet provider ever and a waste of time!
