RAIN IS THE WORST

So I've been with rain for a few months now , and ever since I've received my sim card I've never gotten a stable connection.

I'm on the unlimited 24/7 package and about every 30 minutes my connection completely goes away for about 5-10 minutes.

And then also you get less than 1 mbps download and upload speed.

Then you get their customer service and they apparently take 24-48 hours to get back but I literally wait for about 6 weeks .

So for the past 15hrs I have lost connection 20 times and still no agent getting back to me.

What's happening Rain????
