Rain is the worst

No customer support and not a care in the world. After sending numerous emails about service coverage and speeds, I had received 0 response, not a single response from the support email. When I cancelled my contract, they only followed up with collecting the router.... after they had collected the router, my service was not cancelled and they kept continuing to debit order my account. Up until now, 3 months later, they are still debiting my account. I have tried all methods to contact them, but they never respond. They responded very quickly to get the router back though, so they can ******* another customer with it. After that they'll completely ignore you.
