Rain is the worst

Still not happy. My rain Wifi is used by me and me only. I use it approximately twice a day. I wrote a review on this platform and got a quick call back. They came and we're back here again after attempting to fix my wifi. It's after 5 and I have an assignment. Have to buy data and airtime to call rain or connect myself. I'm sick of this honestly
