RAIN IS THE WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER EVER.

I had paid partial payment with Rain and when I want to pay the other half their system will not allow me and wants me to pay for the coming month which only due next month.

My internet is off for days and no help from their customer service. They will tell you they don't have any turn around time to get back to you so I could take the whole year that one gets help.

Horrible provider ever.Dont waste your money.You will be offline for days and no one cares to resolve your issue.The call center customer service are so rude even managers.I asked to be transferred to a manager and I was given a freind of a call center agent who also gave the same answer.SORRY WE DONT HAVE TURN AROUND TIME SO ANYTIME OUR PEOPLE WILL GET BACK TO YOU.THAT TIME YOU WILL BE BILLED FULL AMOUNT WHILE HALF OF THE MONTH YOU WERE WAITING FOR HELP AND OFFLINE
