Rain is the worse service ever

Worst service ever. We have been without WiFi from Saturday. Rain themselves are nut sure what the issue is. The technician called and advised that the tower is under maintenance. They asked us to move the box around which we have been doing and no luck. Eventually we went into the store and they gave us a new device and we brought this home and getting the same result. When I contacted the call centre they are saying we need to wait 24hrs to see if this device works and in the meantime time what happens to my work. The consultant was brave enough to tell me that I am repeating myself and I can take this to hello peter if I want. Rain please take your device and I am happy to source another service provider
