Rain is the worse pay for no service no wifi

Rain is the worse wifi service. We canceled the contract on so many occasions. Because they never deduct their fee monthly. Then they will call and demand payment. We had made arrangements to pay off there fault. But until today they have not sent us any paperwork. Now the account has been handed over to nudebt for collection. So the amount went from R3000 to R5277.10. Now to get that contract canceled is another nightmare. I just want people to be careful of Rain and the services they offer. Our contract canceled with immediate effect and they must cone and collect the router that is standing in a corner. As since we received the router our wifi experience was null. As Rain kept promises they will sent someone to come and assist us. But until today. No service no wifi and a high account that needs to be settled. How many other clients are they *****ing from with promises and zero wifi
