RAIN IS THE WORSE INTERNET PROVIDER

I’m so disappointed in rain,horrible service,call center agents are all clueless,they tell you different things.my internet only connects for few minutes and goes off for hours especially in the morning and afternoons.i called the call centre one guy told me that it’s because I have 5 devices connected on the wifi i should upgrade back to the R1000 a month package,which i did ,since I joined rain i was using that package only last month (June) I switched to the R700 one and it didn’t work during the day that’s why i took the agent’s advice and upgraded it back to the R1000 and I still don’t have connection , i called again the lady said the towers are down. I couldn’t even write my online exams throughout this month with this wifi.I’m paying for wifi and still have to buy mobile data because my internet only connects for two minutes.i was promised to get a call from an agent but nothing till today
