Rain is the worse

Please note that I have an outdoor router with an extender in the house; apparently this information is never available on my profile.

Any updates? Meaning is the problem solved or did more towers melt down?

So basically nothing was done!
And of course no technician is able to understand the issue or solve it. Drove by De Wiekus road twice and once there was no one near the tower and the other time there were 2 guys sleeping. What a mess. Does rain fire people or are idiots & lazy people hired for life?

Where is the optimization button you refer to in the instructions?

Still no Internet connectivity. Anybody awake/working at rain or are you all just spending customer's money. Totally useless.

I think that English is the most difficult language. I am asking how to optimize as per your previous instruction in order to latch the router to another tower. Meanwhile you all can climb up the broken tower and I will pray to all
Gods for lighting to strike; see how helpfull I am to my community.

If other sites have alarms on them, does it mean that there is no rain network in the surrounding of Kempton Park with no ETR ever? Please send someone to get the router of my roof and cancel my subscription please. Thanks.

Basically if it's never going to work and no ETR can be given still I am liable to pay. In the past I had the same issue where I was charged for no Internet connectivity and barely any communication with rain. Only times communication happens is via Hello Peter, which is the end-user's last resort. So yes, if no Internet connectivity can given and or guaranteed please cancel and collect. Also please delete my details from your systems so I do not receive any marketing E-mail and or call.

And 3 of my neighbors have a subscription with rain, but they do have Internet connectivity. So your explanation regarding the towers being down is simply untrue and unjust.

When will you collect the router?

1. I am still waiting for someone to come and collect. I do not wish to continue with rain as already confirmed. I was hoping that this saga would end soon, but seems rain does not want to come collect there device.
