Garbage service provider. A complete waste of money. The ****ty customer service really puts the final nail in the coffin. If you think Telkom is bad, Rain is so much worse. DO NOT USE THEM! DONT GET THEIR ****TY LITTLE SIMCARD! You will regret it.

I've beeeeen calling you guys and you always tell me some BS story about towers and loadshedding even though we haven't had loadshedding since early December 2021. I called today and even ran out of airtime but you cheap *******s didn't even have the decency to call me back!!!

12 Jan 2022, 15:38Yet every month like clockwork you collect your full amount even when your network hasnt been working for 2 out of the 4 weeks!! I had to buy data out of pocket at some point because your simcards couldn't even download a 3mb file!!!!!!

13 Jan 2022, 09:37That tower has been having issues since last year its another one of your silly excuses and you guys have said you are looking into it, even now the issue hasn't been resolved?! dont you you think it's time you guys actually did something about the problem instead of just saying that you are doing something? Because 2 weeks from now you are going to collect your fees in full and i havent had deecent connectivity in months!!!
